Our Story

Hi, I'm Brenda — the heart and soul behind UNIQUE AS YOU!

This store was born from one of the most profound experiences of my life. My daughter gave birth to twin boys at just 23 weeks. They each weighed only 1 pound at birth. For 144 days, they fought with everything they had — and so did we.

During those long days and nights in the hospital, the Ronald McDonald House Foundation was there for our family. They gave my daughter a place to stay so she never had to leave her babies' side. That kind of love and support changes you. It changed me.

I started UNIQUE AS YOU! to help provide for my miracle grandsons and to give back to the Ronald McDonald House Foundation — because they showed up for us when it mattered most.
